Effective date: 9 September 2026 (Asia/Kuching) Operator: Feroce Fitness Centre Sdn Bhd (“Féroce”, “we”, “us”) Contact: admin@ferocegoldhelloyou.com
These terms govern authorised use of Féroce OS, our internal administration platform for member records, sales, invoices, manually recorded payments, packages, coach assignments, sessions and renewal follow-ups.
They govern access to the software. They do not replace employment agreements, customer membership agreements, package terms or applicable legal rights.
Access is limited to the owner and authorised Féroce admin personnel. Customer and coach self-service accounts are outside the current phase.
You may use only the functions and records permitted by your role. Access granted for one purpose does not authorise unrelated use, disclosure or export of information.
Your access may be changed or withdrawn when your duties or authorisation change.
Use your assigned account and keep credentials confidential. Do not share passwords or allow another person to act through your account.
Sign out on shared devices and promptly report suspected unauthorised access, lost devices or accidental disclosure to Féroce administration.
Enter information accurately and verify member identity, product, price, payment details, package dates and session information before confirming a transaction.
Do not fabricate payments, attendance, approvals or supporting documents. If you discover a mistake, use the authorised correction process and preserve the audit trail.
If a transaction appears delayed or its result is unclear, check the existing record before submitting it again.
Féroce OS records payments made outside the platform. It does not initiate bank transfers, collect online payments or operate an e-wallet or payment gateway.
Available recording methods are Cash, DuitNow, Cheque, ATM Deposit, Online Bank Transfer, ShopeePay, Sarawak Pay, Touch ’n Go eWallet, Boost Pay and GrabPay.
Selecting a payment method does not connect to that provider or verify receipt of funds.
Record only amounts supported by the appropriate confirmation. Pending cheques must not be treated as cleared funds. Staff must confirm clearance through the authorised process.
Payments toward an existing invoice must be linked to that invoice. Partial payments do not, by themselves, establish full settlement or entitlement to activation.
Routine administration may be completed within your assigned permissions.
Restricted exceptions — including refunds, reversals, fee waivers, discounts outside configured limits and manual entitlement adjustments — require the applicable owner approval.
Do not bypass approval controls through another account, direct requests or unauthorised changes. Preserve original transaction records and audit evidence through the approved correction process.
Use member, staff and business information only for authorised Féroce work. Access only what you need for your duties.
Do not copy records to personal accounts, disclose them to unauthorised people or upload them to unapproved services. Attach only relevant supporting documents and avoid unnecessary sensitive information.
Personal-data handling is governed by Féroce's Privacy Notice and applicable procedures. Acceptance of these terms is not blanket consent to unrelated personal-data processing.
Do not interfere with system security, introduce malicious software, attempt unauthorised access, falsify records or use Féroce OS for unlawful purposes.
Security testing and bulk changes require specific authorisation.
Maintenance, connectivity problems or technical faults may interrupt access. Report errors promptly and follow the approved continuity procedure.
Do not assume a transaction failed solely because the screen did not refresh. Verify its status before recording it again.
Féroce may restrict or suspend access where reasonably necessary to protect information, investigate misuse or reflect a change in authorisation.
Ending access does not automatically delete business records. Records remain subject to applicable retention requirements and Féroce's documented policies.
Féroce and its licensors retain their rights in the platform and its branding. Access grants permission to use the platform for authorised work; it does not transfer ownership of the software.
Nothing in these terms excludes responsibilities or rights that cannot lawfully be excluded. Responsibility for loss or misuse will be determined under applicable law and relevant agreements.
Material changes will be communicated to authorised users with an updated effective date and, where appropriate, renewed acknowledgement.
These terms are governed by Malaysian law. Disputes are subject to the jurisdiction of the competent Malaysian courts, without limiting any mandatory rights or remedies.
Contact Féroce administration first if you need clarification or wish to report a concern.
Text kept verbatim from the operator's draft. Cross-checked against the Féroce OS build (8 September 2026): payment-method list, invoice-linked partial payments, pending-cheque clearance, owner-approval exception set (refunds/reversals/fee waivers/discount limit RM50/ manual adjustments), coach & customer self-service out of phase, and the “verify before re-recording” incident guidance — all match implemented behaviour. Operator details confirmed 2026-09-08.
